It makes me smile to know that the ‘Hendrick’s tea set’ I created with my wonderful trade marketing manager back in 2007 is still going strong! As is the off trade teacup pack iteration of the serve and its consistent use in the brands experiential programme, all these years later.

My experience involves full P&L responsibility with marketing budgets up to £9m. Whether it is a tiny budget in need of a cut through idea and someone to champion it, or a big budget with insight, strategy and high stakeholder engagement - I enjoy the adventure and manage the budget, whatever it may be, with respect.
